We make every effort to display product colours, descriptions, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display accurately reflects the actual colours of our products.

5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. Your order is accepted and a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

We accept the following payment methods:

All transactions are processed securely via SSL encryption. StyleSpot does not store full card details on its servers. By placing an order you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee. StyleSpot shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to carrier delays, customs clearance, or natural events.

Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. StyleSpot cannot be held liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to our returns policy. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

The following items are excluded from our returns policy:

• Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery (for hygiene reasons)
• Pierced jewellery
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items purchased at 50% discount or more (final sale)
• Items returned outside the 30-day window
